To answer the caller regarding 'The Kingmaker', there is indeed a funny 4th Doctor cameo. Its voiced by John Culshaw - who was the 4th Doctor impersonator on "Dead Ringers", and is very subtle and small.

I thoroughly recommend "The Kingmaker". Its a great story, written by Nev Fountain, who was part of the "Dead Ringers" writing team. Its very funny, and well worth a listen!

Thanks for the information Barnaby. I really do need to check it out (The Kingmaker). I have always been impressed with John Culshaw impressions of the 4th Doctor on Dead Ringers, he is ideal for an audio drama in the absence of Tom Baker himself.

Well, I'd never want him for a full drama, but for this very very short section it worked just fine.

Good point, yeah, I wasn't thinking of having a whole story around the 4th Doctor, but rather as a multi-Doctor story or a flashback within a story or something along those lines.

But with that said, not having heard him doing the character seriously, I wouldn't rule out an entire story with him playing the part. My only experience is with his comic impressions he does for Dead Ringers.

Yes tis I, Eric Escamala... :^P

Wow Louis, thanks once again for your kind words in the podcast.  It had been so long since I oringally wrote & recording this thing I almost forgot that it existed! LOL.

It was quite nice to listen to after such a period of time; I actually think it sounds much better to me now vs. when I was stuck editing & listening to it on a virtual loop in my head.
