Tara and IanIan Bisset was born and raised in Lower Hutt, New Zealand and until 1988 was a Doctor Who watcher rater than a fan, it took the acting prowess of Colin Baker to start the young man off in his journey to becoming a Doctor Who fan!
By 1991, Ian was established in the Wellington Chapter of the New Zealand Doctor Who Fan Club and attended his first Doctor Who convention (it was one day with no guests an it was held in a school hall). By 1992, Ian was instrumental in organizing DoctorCon 2,
Yet another guest-less convention, but one that got the attention of the New Zealand media due to a typo.

The Cult of Cultdom
The following is reposted from my blog at Art Trap Productions.
Last week I had the privilege of being on and joining my fellow co-host James Naughton on the Cultdom Collective podcast. The episode is a Gallifrey One preview show. Yes, the Doctor Who convention is a year away now at this point, my friends at Cultdom are getting a head start for those planning on attending next February in Los Angeles, CA.
Originally all I had done was record a short comment that was to be played on the show with James. Then the scheduling gods were shinning upon us, because they were recording at a time when I was able to join in on the fun, unbeknownst to James. They were playing my pre-recorded clip I made about meeting James in person for the first time at Gallifrey 20 when suddenly I was on the show myself.

Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year!

Cultdom podcast coming soon
Well here's my first 'Gallifrey blog' as I've been fairly busy.
As many of you who listen to the CIA podcast Ian 'The Sixth Doctor' and I have decided that after quite a few months of keeping CIA going - without really being able to push it forward - we are going to start our own podcast on Talkshoe.
Since I came up with the term we are going with the name Cultdom for this Talkshoe podcast - Talkshoe ID 54821
We will still run on Sunday (for some parts of the world early Monday) but at a later time of 3.30PM EDT.
This is so that we are clear of Podchock LIVE when it is up and running during Doctor Who Series 5 and also means that CIA under West can continue - should he so choose.
After chatting Ian and I decided to carry on with CIA upto and including Episode 100 (this is after a slight re-numbering that cleared out 0 minute shows.)
