This is the preview clip of Doctor Who: The End of Time, Part One, this year's Christmas special starring David Tennant as the 10th Doctor. This preview clip was shown during the BBC Children in Need fundraising special tonight.
The 10th Doctor (David Tennant) looks like he is ready for a holiday in a photograph included in an article by The Press Association (Christmas Doctor Who sneak peak) published today (see left).
The Doctor Who Christmas special this year, titled The End of Time, Part One will have a 2 minute preview included in this week's BBC Children in Need charity event (BBC1 at 7pm).
The article states the following concerning the photo of the 10th Doctor who looks more like he is ready for a holiday than a regeneration:

On the heels of the transmission date for Waters of Mars on the BBC in the UK going public, BBC America has now announced the date they will broadcast it in the US. Doctor Who: Waters of Mars will air on BBC America on Saturday, December 19, 2009 at 9pm ET/PT.
Visit the BBC America site for further information on Waters of Mars on BBC America.
David Tennant has confirmed the transmission date for Doctor Who: Waters of Mars on GMTV today to be on Sunday, the 15th of November 2009 at 7pm (in the UK). Thanks to @capricorn_one for the information.
This breaks from the usual Saturday tradition for transmissions of new Doctor Who episodes. We were predicting on a Saturday, the 14th of November showing of the special as indicated in the upcoming Doctor Who: Podshock episode 167.
This means it will not 'conflict' with our next Gallifreyan Embassy / Doctor Who: Podshock Second Life Meet Up taking place on the 14th of November.
This promo for the End of Time presented at San Diego Comic Con this past weekend was shot by someone in the audience. The hand-held shaky video uploaded to YouTube by safia43 was then stabilized and cleaned up a bit by colonelbarker to the give you what you see here below. It features an element that would had been considered a spoiler before Comic Con, but now is not as the BBC has already announced it. Hopefully a better version of this promo will become available on the net soon, in the meantime, here below is probably the best version of it on YouTube (catch it while you can).
The BBC Doctor Who website has made a new tailer of Doctor Who: The Waters of Mars presented at San Diego Comic Con available on their website. Unfortunately, it is available for the UK only.

Amidst the unraveling of the Doctor Who spin-off, Torchwood: Children of Earth, the BBC has released more information on the upcoming Doctor Who special, The Waters of Mars.
The BBC Press Office has released information on their Autumn 2009 line up on BBC One, including Doctor Who - The Waters of Mars:
The 2008 Christmas special, Doctor Who: The Next Doctor is scheduled to be released on DVD in North America on the 15th of September 2009. Oddly (but not Oodly), this comes approximately six weeks after the scheduled release of recent special Doctor Who: Planet of the Dead (available on the 28 July on DVD and Blu-ray).
The Next Doctor stars David Tennant as the 10th Doctor along with David Morrissey. The DVD has a suggested retail price of $14.98 in the US. This single-disc release will include a 60 minute bonus feature of Doctor Who at the Proms. The usual trailer, sub-titles, Dolby Digital 5.1 are included as well. No word about an audio commentary, but one is assumed to be included.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that all eleven Doctors will be coming together for a special one-off special for Children in Need this November. It reports that the 15 minute episode will be included in BBC1 annual Children In Need appeal in November and shooting of it will begin in September.
This is not the first time a rumour of this nature appeared in the tabloids. The same thing was said to be happening last year for Children in Need except with 10 Doctors which did not happen.
The article states that "images from their original shows, stretching from 1966 to 1974" will be used for the actors William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton, and Jon Pertwee who have since passed away. They will make cameo appearances through footage from these previous episodes.
An anonymous source has provided io9 an image which appears to be a video still grab (as the image appears to be interlaced).
We will avoid the spoiler information here. It does confirm at least one casting rumour we have reported on recently in Doctor Who: Podshock. It also confirms another casting/character rumour that has been long bandied about concerning the climax of the 2009 specials.
The article on io9 by Charlie Jane Anders also mentions the title of the one of the actors pictured and the character's wardrobe lends credence that the title may be true as well. If so, it opens up other possibilities and confirms what many have been conjuring over the last few years.
