Actress selected to play new Companion for 11th Doctor!
The 'Doctor Who News' website has reported that the actress Jenna-Louise Coleman will be joining the cast of "Doctor Who" as the new companion.
She is known for her role as Jasmine Thomas in the long-running soap opera Emmerdale (aka, Emmerdale Farm) and Lindsay James in the series "Waterloo Road" in 2009.
It is stated that she will join the show in the 2012 Christmas special. As of yet no information has been given about the episode.
