Doctor Who: Podshock Live Show Reviewing 'The Doctor, The Widow and the Wardrobe' Scheduled for Wednesday, Dec 28th

Doctor Who: Podshock will be once again be taking to the net this Wednesday, 28 December 2011 for a live-over-the-net show reviewing episodes of the new series with your live feedback, this time it's the Christmas special episode of 2011, The Doctor, The Widow and the Wardrobe.

He's back… and it's about time! We return with our live-over-the-net review series this time talking about the Christmas special starring Matt Smith as the Doctor on BBC One, BBC America, and Space (Canada) (and in usually available in iTunes within 24 hours after broadcast). We will be reviewing The Doctor, The Widow and the Wardrobe.

We usually schedule our live show reviewing new episodes of Doctor Who on the Sunday after they are transmitted, but in this case the Christmas special was broadcast on Sunday and the following Sunday is the New Year's Day holiday. We thought we might instead do it on Monday, Boxing Day, but it had not gone to iTunes or Amazon as of yet (as of Monday AM). We have scheduled it in the evening knowing that being a weekday, that many may not be available during the day. Though it may not be convenient for those in the UK due to the time difference, but it is the best time slot under these circumstances.
